DFA-MC Teams
Individuals interested in a task and willing to work are welcome to create or join a DFA-MC sub-committee, or Team.
Each Team should have a target or task and a plan for achieving it. A mission statement should be used to guide the Team and each Team is encouraged to craft one in consultation with the Chair or Executive Committee. Expenses must be cleared with the Chair and/or EC as appropriate.
Team Leaders serve at the pleasure of the Chair. The Team Leader will be responsible for communications between the Team and the EC, scheduling meetings, keeping on task, and alerting both the Team and the EC if they are unable to meet an obligation.
